I'm working on the registry and FH and I only have 2 cookbooks. LOL We'd like to register for a bunch but have no idea where to start. FYI: We are both vegetarian but we do eat fish and shellfish.
As of right now we have 2 seafood books, I registered for pasta, soup, and vegetarian book out of the William-Sonoma Food Made Fast collection.
Please post your favorites!
(I'm gonna be hungry.)

Re: What are your favorite cookbooks?
Most of it should work for you, but my favorite cookbook is Cooking Lite, Fresh Food Fast. I love it because each page is a recipe and it has a picture of what it looks like next to it. I like to see what the end result is supposed to be. All of the ingredients are easy and accessable. Makes some really quick meals. HTH!

Re: What are your favorite cookbooks?
Teresa Giudice's (Real Housewives of NJ) cookbook 'Skinny Italian' is actually awesome, and there are lots of non-meat recipes! (and its like 13 bucks on amazon)

Re: What are your favorite cookbooks?
Honestly I only use food network.com
But I really like the 30 min meals by Rachael Ray
and the semi homemade by Sandra Lee.
I just keep my laptop open in the kitchen and follow along there.

Re: What are your favorite cookbooks?
I;m actually the exact opposite. I really found the Hungry girl cookbooks difficult to use, and needing a million ingredients.

Ohhhh whats the bridal edition one? I have the original checkered one which imo is a required staple in a kitchen. Best cookbook ever.
