If you go on Realtor.com it will tell you what your monthly payments will be. You can change the assumptions.

like the above poster said, you can go to an online calculator and it give you a total based on down payment, % interest, insurance est., HOA, and taxes. all of these and the cost of the home give you a monthly cost.

How much was your home? Just under $340K
What did you put down on the home? 25%

What are your monthy payments?
mortgage & taxes I think are just over $2K (we have it directly taken out of our account so I am not sure the exact amount)
gas - we have oil
electric - avg $100 mth (and we are never home)
AT&T $58
Food $200 month (not including costco or Bjs visits)
Home owners $750 per year
Water $30 every 3 months

Other things to consider
Cable
Sewer costs if applicable (they are minimal)

What are your monthy payments?

mortgage $3200 includes our taxes

electric $150-170 every other month can only imagine what it is going to be with the a/c's and ceiling fans going for the last few weeks

oil about $300 a fill up we moved in dec and had 4 fill ups since then last one was in april and still have 1/2 tank

no gas

cable $120 every month (phone, cable and computer)

gardner $100 a month basic maintance

Cell phone 85-95 for both of us

Food varys since Dh works with food, and I work for Costco, our pantry, freezer is always full we just get basics. So maybe 50 a week for veggies, fruit, meats, and milk?

My homeowners was like 1200 i I think but that was paid before we closed all upfront so I havnt seen another bill since.

Plus we still have car payments and insurance and our credit cards.
hope this helps
