We are using Time Square Orchestra also! We really liked them when we saw them!!
Code Blue and Timepiece were also very good!

We are also using Times Square Orchestra. They sounded great at the showcase, were recommended by my boss, and gave us the best impression.

I am using NYC SWing too! We saw their live showcase and nothing compared to them. I am getting married next month so I will let you knoW how they work out!

I also heard very good things about Paris but I did not hear them live.

We used Oasis Band.

They were incredible and sounded great. john and the crew were great to work with. They even learned an italian song to sing for our first dance.

I am using Naked Truth . Thye are a local LI band that has been around for years. They came highly recommended! I actually saw them perform in a bar! The price was also very reasonably (more than 3,500) but not as much as others!

we are using mgm. my brother used them 4 years ago and my best friend used them last year. they were great.the dance floor was always packed.

Well since you are having only a 4 hour reception I think you can try the band I used: Times Square Orchestra, they are a vendor here.

I think they might come close to your price. Just tell them you are having only 4 hours and suggest cutting them down from an 8 piece band down to 7 or 6.

We're using Gerry Finlay and the Cara Band. Yes, an Irish band. I believe they played at Liam Neeson's wedding, but we use them all the time at Hibernian dances and they can play everything. It was the only thing my FH insisted on.

Bands that are smaller could fit into your range. The band I used was 9 pcs and my friend just had them and paid in the 4K range for a Friday night. FM me if you want details..

We used Times Square Orchestra at my son's wedding last week. They were amazing. My friends were saying it was the best band they ever heard. They came out to the dance floor and had the whole room dancing. We couldn't have been more pleased or surprised how good they were.

I am using the Michael Hart Band from Hank Lane Music. They sounded amazing - some songs better than the orginal artists! They were recommended to me via people at work.

I booked my band before I found you girls so I am always wondering about them. We really wanted NY Swing but couldn't 'swing' the price for them on a SAT night in summer. So we booked a band that sounded similiar- Kameleon Orchestras. I haven't heard a lot about them but everything I have heard is positive. I never saw them live but their DVD is great.
