What book are you reading right now?

Just finished The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini (excellent book and really looking forward to reading his next one!)

And I just started reading The Sex Lives Of Cannibals by J. Maarten Troost (really good and funny so far)

Two other books I thought I'd mention I read on my honeymoon. Both were excellent and really interesting reads:

The Places In Between by Rory Stewart (about a man who walked across Afghanistan after 9/11)

Child of The Jungle by Sabine Kuegler (about a girl who grew up amongst an indiginous tribe in Papa New Guinea)

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban!

I'm rereading the whole series before the last book comes out!

Dear John by Nicholas Sparks - if you know his work incredibly predictable

Currently reading:
Straight man by Richard Russo - great easy read and pretty humorous

Anything by Jackie Collins. My mother laughs that I read such 'smut'.

Before I met FH I used to joke, I read this stuff because its something i'm not getting in my life.

I'm reading Baby Proof by Emily Giffin right now. I love love love anything by Nicholas Sparks!!!!

They cage the animals at night

They Cage the Animals at Night is a fantastic book!! I read it in 10th grade...first time I ever cried while reading a book.

I just finished 'Rant' by Chuck Palahniuk. And next I'll probably read either 'A Man WIthout a Country' by Kurt Vonegett (sp?) or 'American Gods' (again) by Neil Gamian.

I recently finished Debutante Divorce by Plum Sykes. If you've read Bergdorf Blondes you'll love this one.
