have a few days off and trying to get organized....what can i do without knowing my headcount? (i.e. programs, seating cards, favor ties, etc.)

If you know the order of your ceremony & who your readers are, you can definitely do your programs. If you know your menu you can get started on that, although that is risky b/c little things may change from now till then. You can do your flower petal cones (if you are doing them) or your cake letters (we do) or your cake monogram or cry packs.

thanks....i didn't want to print them yet because i dont have the number of people are going but i got my programs sortaaaa done. i just want to talk to the church one last time to make sure that the songs i chose are allowed.
i am going to work on my cameras today!

For my wedding I did the following things in advance:
Menus - Designed the text - Cut down the cardstock - Made the vellum wraps and cut to size
Programs - Designed as much as I could - Purchased the paper - Printed the cover and thank you
