I feel like I have a lot of little things to do that I really don't feel like getting started on........
What should I be planning 4 months out?

I started our MUST PLAY / DO NOT PLAY list already.
I also need to confirm our rehearsal date before I start planning the RD. Meeting with our priest on Saturday to confirm the date.
We also want to do a non-traditional RD and have our OOT meet us at our favorite place. The owner already said he would gladly have us for our 'RD' we just need to get him a number - we won't know numbers until we get RSVPs.

- DIY Menus, & place cards - Escort card board + materials - Finalize program - Cupcake toppers / holders - Meet with Cupcake Crew to finalize contract - Dress for MOB - Transportation after reception - Meet with priest to finalize ceremony - Get baptismal certificate - Meet with musical coordinator to finalize music for ceremony - Meet with DJ to go over music selections and plan. - Buy supplies for DIY centerpieces - Finalize guest list - Put together invites and print envelopes - Cake serving set - Flower girl dresses + headband - Finalize music (first song, special dance songs) - Rings for FH & I - Marriage license - Frames for old wedding photos (delegated to my sister) - Final Payments to Limo, RH, Flowers, Cupcake Crew, Benchwerk - Tip Envelopes - Rehearsal Dinner Guestlist + Location (depends on how many OOT guests) - OOT bags and goodies (maybe) - Seating Chart - Buy favors - Assemble favors - Make favor tags - Make signs for hotel - Signature drink signs - RD Gifts for readers/ushers -Timeline -Hair/Makeup Timeline - Reserve Hotel Room for Wedding Night - Gather $$ for Night before wedding room

me too! at the end of the day they can do what they want, but there are definitely a couple bridesmaids that i hope get their hair and/or makeup done since they aren't that great at doing it themselves...

me too! at the end of the day they can do what they want, but there are definitely a couple bridesmaids that i hope get their hair and/or makeup done since they aren't that great at doing it themselves...
