What can I do with these?

What can I do with these?

FMIL called the other night and said that she was looking at these (something similar) and wanted to know if she should pick some up.

So I said sure, we could probably figure something out with them. She originally asked how many guests we were having and I told her how many were on the list, but didn't know a final headcount yet. Then she asked how many tables there were going to be, and again I said I wasn't sure yet. So she said, ok...I'll get 10 and if we can't use them for the reception, maybe we can use them for the rehearsal.

Ok, great. Well she called FH yesterday and said that she has 48 of them!!! I have no idea what to do with them. Not really enough for favors (and we weren't really going to do favors) it's a small wedding so we weren't sure if we were going to have a seating chart or not yet, so not good for place cards at the moment.

Any ideas???

What if you put pictures of the two of you in them and have them in different places around the room?

I thought of that, and I liked it better when there were only 10. LOL. I can run it past FH and see what he thinks.

Yes, they are picture holders. I thought of using them for table numbers too when she gave me the original number. The 48 thing is really throwing me though.

I'm not even totally sure what they look like. I just know they have a seashell on the bottom. Hopefully FH will pick them up from her next month when he goes out to see her.

Use what you can/want and then sell the rest. I'm sure that someone that is having a beach themed wedding would pick them up!

ITA! You could try to sell them on here or you could put them on ebay!
