idk I suck at cooking.. Fh is in the process of cooking dinner right now hes a great cook. Hes making Filet of sole oreganada.. broc... and pasta with garlis and oil. want to join us?

how about lemon, buttered chicken
soak it in lemon for a while, then put seasoning and pepper....put a lot of butter in the pan, and grill it on low...it comes out delish

prepare its differntly.. maybe a different sauce and add some veges.. I love garlic and oil with broc and chicken

Trust me it's good!!! it will go perfect with the pasta, if you want veggies, asparagus goes good and garlic mashed potatoes

flour the chicken and pan fry it in olive oil. Then combine chicken broth, two or three lemons, two table spoons of butter or margarine and heat it. Let chiken sit in the warm sauce for about 10-15 minutes. Make some pasta and enjoy!

so the winner seems to be chicken in a lemon butter sauce. i have to try this - hopefully he will like it but at this point i don't care b/c i've been studying all day, he was out shopping and just came back with a milkshake from Baskin Robbins when i texted him that i'm starving!!! so now he won't be hungry for hours, and i'm hungry now!!

chicken parm, chicken stir fry, chicken soup.. Chicken fijitas, chicken w/italian dressing, or grilled chicken on a salad?
thanks girls. i got lucky, fh took pity on me b/c i've been studying all day and he made dinner - ww spaghetti with sauce and chicken... pretty damn good except i hate that he uses jarred sauce and thinks it's okay but i can't complain since he made me dinner!

Aww.. well at least he cooks for you! In 3 years my FH cooked jar sauce and boiled pasta for me once!! :) It's just another way he needs me, w/o me he would just starve! lol
