Whip together lemon, olive oil and minced garlic. it will turn thick and yellow. I use it for all types of broiled or grilled fish.

this is a old thread the gril prob isnt on here anymore, but i use very very teraki,, omg & basamiti rice to die for

the food stores (pathmark, stop & shop ect.) sell marinates & sauces for fish already mixed up in bottles by the seafood dept.. they are great!
