We are having company over tomorrow night and we want to order something in because they are coming later and we want to eat quick so we can play board games after. Now we don't know what to order because one of the people coming is my SIL and we had pizza at her house last night, so my DH thinks it's lame to order pizza again when we had that at their house last night but there are other people coming over who didn't have pizza last night...errrrrrrr!
Anyways what other kinds of food can we order. It can have meat because tomorrow night is good friday and if you are catholic you can't have meat on fridays.

Some do have Chicken because they say it's poultry and not really meat meat. But I don't want to have it...I eat no meat at all on Friday's...

You shouldn't really be partying on Good Friday anyway if you're Catholic...But I would say order pizza anyway! Everyone likes pizza and I'm sure she'll have no objection to eating it twice in one week...Besides there are so many varieties anyway,you can get something different then what you had yesterday.

This is not a 'Good Friday' party. We are just having some people over to play board games. Our intentions are not to dispect Good Friday. It's just a friendly get together. It's like 6 or 7 people coming over and it's mostly family.

Sorry. I didn't mean to be rude, I promise. Pizza is good. Or someone mentioned pasta dishes too--which can be ordered from pizza places as well! And a nice fish salad. YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!! (With pane muglate--can't spell it!)

Pasta....the garlic and oil one with veggies is good....even quick and easy to make!

I have made that and it is quick and good. I wouldnt mind making that with some side dishes of vegetables but my Brother is a pain in the neck cuz he is not a big pasta eater and loves meat! But of course we cannot have that tomorrow so it's like what could he eat. I can't cook much so I have not cooked any kinds of fish stuff yet....
