I am not doing these either. Probably will not do the bouquet toss either -- I see no need for it. We are not smashing cake in each other's faces, as far as I know .... And we are doing no conga. We are not doing any dumb games regaridng who is taking the centerpiece home .. we are doing a candle one anyhow and I think we are just going to have the band leader announce that whoever's bday is closest to the wedding date wins it ... or something like that ...

No group dances other than traditonal ones (Greek dances, Tarantella only) NO CHICKEN DANCE/ MACARENA
No going thru BP's arms

I will not be tossing the Bo-k There will be NO organized dancing (with the exception of the electric slide ONCE -- it is my mother's only request) and the Tarantella (but that is tradition) There will be no 'dancing on a cloud' There will be NO requests for songs to the DJ by my guests -- if they do they will be told NO There will be NO champagne march (not everyhall does this)
May sound bridezillaish but these are minor things that drive me crazy

we're not doing to garter toss that cake song will not be played (the bride cuts the cake) going under the BP's arms - it will look stupid with 4 people
i think we'll do the bok toss b/c i think it's cute.
NO CAKE SONG WHAT SO EVER, I just want to cut the cake and thats it. ANd I def dont want to go under anyones arms , legs, head, feet, hahahahah

We're not doing any of the typical dances, but everything else thats gay-weddingish we're totally doing! Bouquet! Cake! Running under arms! Tinkling glasses!

i am confident that the only cheesey cheese happening @ my wedding will be whatever is in the food-
i kind of like the garter thing- i love my legs and shoes- and i would love to show them off lmao!

one thing that i dont have control over is the smokers that will be going in and out. that 2 me is sooo lame. leavin the party 2 smoke ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh-then the dancefloor is empty

I dont want to do any of those group participation dances - like conga, electric slide, etc. etc. BUT FH works for a DJ company and he works weddings every weekend and he swears that these stupid dances get ALOT of people who usually do not dance out on the dance floor - so he thinks we should do one.....ugh i think its stupid and I DONT WANT TO DO IT

I just feel that the most cheezy thing is that eveything is planned out for you at your wedding. I just want to be left alone to party and enjoy myself. I dont want my wedding to be planned out for me, I just want it to flow as the night goes by. I dont want to be pulled in all diff directions. I want to ge by the bar, hanging with friends, hanging outside, hanging with fam etc

I'm doing every cheesy thing i can! Except group dance i hate those...but garter, bouquet! Those are classic old traditions...you only get married once! (hopefully) I know I would regret it if i didn't do everything that made a wedding reception what it is:)
