Aww, we will have the same anniversary, just different years.
I really like red. Do you have a pic of your dress? I thought brown would be different, but do I want to look at pics from my wedding years down the road and see brown? Not too sure about that.

A neighbor of mine had a november wedding and her BP was in a chocolately brown, they looked realy pretty, but i never saw the pictures.

I think you can still do fall colored flowers with a red dress. There are so many different shades - garnet, wine, claret. They would all look nice with red/orange/yellow flowers...imo.I think you should go with what you like and what looks good on everyone, rather than what you think it 'should' be. Again, jmo.

I guess I could do a red with orange, that sounds pretty. I am sure I will change my mind on a weekly basis, but at the moment I am thinking brown will look really nice. Find that pic!!

cp0329-You are right, it isn't really a matter of what I 'should' do, I honestly think it will look pretty. I just never imagined wanting brown for my bm dresses. We will see, I have plenty of time to decide.

I think it will look beautiful. I considered a chocolate brown as well...but then thought about my BMs and realized while 2 of them would look great in the color, the other 2 wouldn't. (As a girl with black-brown hair, brown isn't the best color on me...or 2 or my BMs with the same coloring.)Good luck...have fun with it!!!

I really want pink dresses, my girls aren't too excited about that. We'll see what I decide on. I think you should do red if you want to, it is sort of an autumn color and would look beautiful in pictures. I am sure some browns could be really pretty also though- like what someone else said, a chocolate brown. I was looking for pics for you but couldn't find one I thought was pretty yet.

my cousin got married in november and she had mocha dresses...the dress was one piece but the skirt part was made of satin and the top was velvet....THe top also had a small diamond X on it. THey looked really pretty....i'll see if i can scan a pic....

Oh no, most of my BM's have dark hair, but I think with their skin coloring it will look pretty. Oh well, we will see. I need to see a pic of a really nice brown.

Kim. Here is the link to my BM dresses but they won't let me post a photo for some reason
Tthey are shown in navy but I ordered Euro Red sight unseen and they are more gorgeous than i imagined!

I do have to say, chocolate brown was by 2nd choice but FI thought it was too dark for Sept and better suited for Oct/Nov, etc. My friend had brown and they were gorgeous- from B2 Jasmine collection. good luck!

My girls are wearing a 2 piece. The Top is a white tank and the bottom is a pink A-Line. I LOVE how they came out!!!!They will carry bo-k's with all roses in 3 different shades of pink!
