I'm having a tough time with this. I'm def having cherry blossom centerpieces. I'm trying to decide what color BM dresses would go nicely with them. I don't want green or brown...what else do you think would go nicely with cherry blossoms? I'm thinking either Tiffany Blue, medium to dark purple, deep pink...any other ideas?? I posted a few pics of colors I'm considering. Please tell me what you think and please post pics of other ideas if possible! TIA!!

I think the CBs go well with any color personally. They're such a beautiful that it will work well with any color CM dresses. I think you should to do a contrasted color for your BM dress, like something bold, since the CBs are so delicate.

my first thought was a sage green with the cherry blossoms, but if you don't want to do the green, I think the dark purple or the berry would look awesome. If you're worried that the dark colors aren't spring-y enough, maybe get like one of those flowy chiffon BM dresses - I feel like those are so light and airy that no matter what color they are, they're very 'spring'

Alicia, i reallyyyy like the green...hopefully you'll reconsider...i dont think it'll blend in too much! good luck...i hated this part, picking out the color of bms that is...at least u know you wanna use cherry blossoms and have something to work around!

Thanks!! The dress you posted is a pretty color. I like champagne too...but FH's sister is getting married 7 months before us and is most likely going to have champagne color BM dresses. I also really like the first dress I posted...the deep purple. I just don't know if it would be okay for a May wedding.

Thanks girls for your responses. Right now it is between the dark purple and sage green. I'm going to look at some dresses in person this week and see what colors I like (it's tough to tell colors on the computer).

Thanks for posting this link. The green is beautiful and that is the exact shade that I like. Although the girls don't completely blend in with the background, they don't exactly pop either. I will have to show the pic to my mom and FH and see what they think.

My cousin did Cherry blossoms. We did jim helm it was 2 colors. Brown and the top was a light pink with brown lace over it. Ill post the pic!

i really like the dark purple/fuchsia color. I think its fine for May as long as it isnt too dark, like eggplant.

Yeah CBs are in season from April (maybe March?) until May. FH and I originally wanted to get married in June but we were told by our florist that CBs would be impossible to get in June. So we decided on May!

I am sooo nervous for you to choose the green, I wish I could find the picture of the OFC wedding I was talking about, I saw it and I immediately went 'omg, they look like walking, talking shrubberies' and I immediately changed my color...although I went through like 2 or 3 before I settled on purple lol.
I dunno why everyone hates the tiffany blue, I think it would look beautiful with the CBs

I actually love the purple too. I think the deep purple looks gorgeous with the CBs. My mom and FH like the deep purple more than the sage green also!! I am going to look at the what the color looks like in person and bring a fake CB branch with me to see how well the colors go together.

I think a mauve would look really pretty... (though that color may drown people out). The picture with the blond girl laying down -- that color looks pretty!
