For September I would stay in the reddish family--maybe a wine or dusty color...or even go towards like a burnished orange color...

We are doing Chocolate Brown and Burnt Orange (Copper)

my date is 9/16 and I'm actually doing Fuscia. It's a bit bright, but September is still summer/fall so it can go either way. I do love the brown, orange fall colors too. Check out my BM dress and color in my album. It's Fuscia with a black sash.

Our Bridesmaids will be in Diamond White/Burnt Orange Dresses. The top is Diamond White. The skirt part is Burnt Orange. The sash is Burnt Orange on one side and Diamond White on the other. Jr. Bridesmaids and Flower Girls will just be in Burnt Orange.

we're going with rose petal pink. I think emerald green is also stunning at that time of year

I am getting married in September too and I am using copper for my bridesmaids and cinnamon for my matron of honor. They are very fallish colors which I think will look nice.
