Naturally dark brown but now that I have lots of grey, I do a single process plus highlights so my hair is 3-4 varying shades ranging from reddish brown to dark brown.
I'm thinking of going dark, girls. THose of you that know me, what do you think? Like Angie Harmon or Catherine ZJ dark. Yay or nay?

I don't know what you'd call my hair colour! It's changing and since it's so long--it's a bunch of different colours! The middle to ends are auburn and the top part is a darker colour--almost black. But then..I have grey coming in!!

Hmmm... Rachel.... well I love Catherine Zeta Jones, so I say go for it - I think you'd look great!!!
But with the warmer months coming do you want to be that dark? I personally love the color you have now...

I've never been one to go for the highlighting lighter for summer person because my hair always bleaches out reddish in front anyway in the summer...

Very VERY curly blonde hair (it's sort of a gold color). I'd love to get highlights, but I put straightening in it every few months to make it less curly, so if I tried to highlight it my hair could fall out!

Red head. Also all natural and I also have had people ask me what I use in my hair. Nothing yet, but soon, because horror of horrors, I have been finding grays. Arggghhhhh! I have also noticed a couple of gray(looks more like white) eyebrow hairs too. This is not a happy topic.

rach- I can't picture you with dark, dark hair. I am trying though. But, I say what the hell and try it!!! I love people who are willing to try new things with their hair. I am too chicken.
Edited to say -I have brown hair.
(Sunny - I too get red/blonde highlights esp. in the summer and people have asked all the time about dying my hair. It just takes on such a lighter look. I have never, ever in my life. I like my natural color, so I guess that's ok.)
