Okey doke...so now that my BM dresses are all bought and done, I need to rethink my color scheme. This is the color (and one of the dresses) that my BMs are wearing:
Here are my two options.
1 - still use fuchsia flowers for the bouquets and fuchsia centerpieces
2 - fuchsia bouquets and white/green centerpieces
2 - go with all white/green - bouquets, centerpieces, etc.
(Pics below are the flowers that I would use in the color I would use them in)
And then I guess my follow up question is - if I do fuchsia bouquets and white/green centerpieces....do I need to add fuchsia into other things at the reception (placecards, invites, table numbers, etc.)?
Or is it ok if ONLY the bouquets are fuchsia?
Would that look funny?

i think you could add it to just your bo-ks. ... i mean you could always add little touches of fuchsia into other elements.. but i don't think it would look funny if you didn't lots of ppl add color to their bo-ks that aren't in their color schemes!

phewf. I wasn't sure. I LOVE the contrast of the fuchsia with the green...but I don't think I want it all throughout the reception.

How about fuscia centerpieces....then the white/green bouquets...but throw in a little bit of pale pink (maybe for the BM's bouquets), so it's still soft in color, but ties in the with fuscia a little more.

Hmmm....maybe - thats an idea! I'm so torn. I have no idea what I want to do!
I'm not the biggest fan of pale pink - I mean, I like it, but I think I want more bold colors for the flowers...but then again I'm sure I'll change my mind a million more times before I finalize my flowers!

I like bolder colors too! although it is an idea to seperate the BM bo-ks from the MOH etc... but you can do that with bigger and smaller bo-ks too!! Don't feel bad.. my colors are like a dark bright turquoise and black with silver accents.. try and find flowers that are those colors in november no less..lmaoo

I love the green with white and fuschia. I originally wanted that as my scheme but changed as I went on. I love the bright pink and think it adds a lot of personality.

I think you need the fushia to break it up, b/c what if the green of the flowers isnt exactly the green of the dress? At least the fuschia (however the hell u spell it) will draw the eye in.

Honestly, thats one of the main reasons I want the fuchsia bouquets For AG purposes! It would look AWESOME!

You can do the fuscia for your girls....then carry the white/green for yourself?
I'm having my girls carry red bouquets....also for AG purposes! hahahaha!

hahahaha! I think you're right. I might carry lily of the valley and have them use the peony lightly tied together bouquet (pic above).
I think I'm gonna do the centerpieces all in white.
My 'new' color scheme is all sage, tans, whites, and green. So I really think I just want to use the fuchsia for the BM bouquets.
Would you use fuchsia anywhere else in the reception though?
