What color ties are the FHs wearing? I was thinking black, but I have heard many people do ivory or white ties? Mine will be wearing an ivory shirt to match my dress.

DH picked black for the GM because the BM dresses were such a light color that to match it would look 'gay' in his words. DH had a banded collar so he didn't have a tie, but he had a platinum vest and the RB had a platinum vest and tie to match DH.

same her herringbone vest and tie in the platiunum color for FH and the guys are in a asphalt color which is like a black but alittle lighter!!! If that makes sense!!

My FH is doing ivory shirt & vest w/ maroon tie. His GM will have maroon vest & tie. Our flowers are all black magic roses thats why maroon.

FH will be in all ivory, GM will have ivory shirts, champagne patterned vests (same pattern as FH's ivory one) and solid champagne ties. my girls will be in chocolate.

we are supposed to go tux shopping tomorrow. would be nice if the groom had something to wear! LOL I think he is going to do an ivory shirt and euro tie to match my diamond white/ivory dress. not sure about the gm-i wanted them to match the girls a little-but their dresses are chocolate brown and bronze-- i was thinking maybe a taupe color-but then again i don't want it to look like a prom where everyone matches (no offense to anyone doing that)--maybe just black ties for the guys. we'll see!

My FH is wearing an ivory shirt with an ivory long tie and an ivory vest
The GMs are wearing ivory shirts with black long ties and black vests. (My bridesmaids are wearing black.)

FI is wearing black and the groomsmen are wearing silver, he just liked the way it looked better.... so did i, i thought it was more formal

i think we are doing the same thing, and now that i see the picture i am pretty sure that is what we are going to do. FI says he isn't bringing me so i will have to show him pictures.
