what color uplighting for jericho terrace skylight/terrace room?? how many ppl does that big cocktail hour room hold?

Hi!! I booked my wedding at Jericho Terrace for june 30, 2012..soo excited!! we are prob gnna have about 300-325 ish ppl..i was wondering if the cocktail hour room gets crowded and cramped?? and ideas?
I also need uplighting recommendations for the skylight/terrace room
