I'm the palest sicilian EVER!!! I have nichole kidman white skin, I've been told by some not to get a white dress due to this but I don't want another shade of white...is this true?? I try on dresses for the first time 2m....

i'm super pale, and don't tan...ivory surprisingly isn't as ivory as you'd think...my dress looks white to me, just in the ivory it's a softer white.
the sales lady said very few brides actually get pure white!!

i think ivory is the way to go.. but when you go try on dresses as the ladies in the bridal salon for their opinion.. its what they do.. also they may let you take a pic so you can see how you look.

I have really pale skin, like you can see through it, and I went with a true ivory. But the color will also depend on the undertones in your skin color. If you have pink undertones then true white will make you look a little blue and even yellow but if your have olive undertones, you will want to go with a more diamond white or a less yellow ivory.

i would say go with an ivory color or diamond white. Those should be able to suite you well.

I am very pale and I am getting a white dress. I really liked it when I tried it on. I always say ignore what everyone says about you can't have this color or can't have that color.
Try it on. That is the only way that you will be able to see how it really looks
