What comes first...

Will you be picking your BM dresses before you pick your flowers? I feel that i should probably pick the dress first because depending on the style, color, etc.

Definitely pick your dresses and color FIRST!!!
I picked my flowers first-fell in love with my flowers and went thru hell to pick dresses that matched!

I definitely picked out the dresses first. This way we knew what color flowers would compliment the dresses.

Usually you pick dress than flowers...but in my case I knew exactly what flowers I wanted first. Once I figured that out, I picked the color of my dress. Kind of backwards I guess...

Yes, and the florist needed a sample of their color to see that the flowers didn't clash.

yup--totally agree. i was set on some colors--and that helped the dress process

BM dress is Eggplant/plum color. to contrast, they will be holding white/cream flowers--while i have a bridal bo-k with all plum/lavendar flowers.

I knew what colors I wanted for my BM dress, once I found the color/dress I went with picking out the flowers.

well i know the color scheme I want for both so it probably doesn't matter but I'll be booking the florist by march and probably the bm dresses after that

I haven't picked my dresses but I know the color I want so I am getting neutal colors that will go with it!

I third that!

Definately decide on your color scheme first. It'll be easier that way.
