What day can you go to get dress altered?
General question: Just wondering if the place where you've purchased your dress does fittings/alterations on the weekends or do you have to come in during the week?
I've purchased my dress from Bridal Outlet in Brooklyn and I've tried to make an appointment for Sat 2/7/04 for a fitting. I only wanted to try it on so my BMs can see me in the dress & take pics. I had no intentions on having alterations done. I was informed they do not do fittings or alterations on Sat. it is only done during the week. During the week it is hard for me b/c I work and so does my BMs. My profession I rarely get holidays off, so that doesn't work either. I am not happy with this policy!! I informed them if I would have known this a head of time I would not have brought the dress from them. I am planning to get my dress and have the alterations done some where else. Just trying to get feed back to see if this has happened to anyone else. Thks
