I didn't have mine yet, but when I feel it is getting close , I am going to wear something nice everytime I go out with my FH or Mom or Friends. I don't want to walk in in sweats.

I wore pants with a nice top. Make sure you are wearing a comfortable top. You don't want everything hanging out while opening gifts, lifting, placing them down, etc.

Yeah I was thinking of wearing a skirt / dress. Maybe capris.
Just wanted to get some ideas...

LOL, I showed up to mine with a t-shirt and shorts on! Luckily I brought a dress (under the guise of going out to eat later, but i kinda had an idea it was my shower) and wore a white sleveless dress and white dr. sholls.
it was during the summer.... so hot out... you want to dress comfortably bc you will be opening things up and moving around to meet and greet.

Jeans, a black shirt and my very comfortable but hideously ugly blue slide on Britney Spears Skechers (they were on sale, I am not a fan). I felt like an idiot!

I haven't had mine yet, but I went shopping last weekend with one of BM and I told her I wanted to get a sundress for the shower. So, I got one and if I end up figuring out the shower day and showing up in it - she promises not to tell everyone that I'm in the 'shower' dress!!

I wore a black skirt and black shell/cardigan sweater set. I know, my best friend shows up and says, 'Is this a shower or funeral?' but I couldn't find a dress to wear at any store - everything out now is all summer and it was only 60 the day of my shower. So I had to wear what I had, and I love to wear black anyway....
