I ordered these beautiful sroll invites, and now i don't know how much its going to cost me to mail them out. The envelopes are long and big. I am so nervous. i hope they don't charge to much to the point that i'll have to get other invites. I don't have anymore time.
Why dont you pack one up and bring it to the PO and see. You could be worrying about nothing. If worse comes to worse I think its nice to hand deliver them (for the people you see often)

if you don't have a ton of guests and they are local you can hand deliver some or most.
Don't get me started on how the post office screws up invites! Its better to do it yourself if you have the time. That way you know its done right.

Yeah, I heard of someone who was having a themed wedding, (someting like midevel times, or SOMETIN Glike that...) and had them and their friends, get dressed up in costume to go house to house to deliver, and knock adn 'ANNOUNCE' that the resident has been 'requested' at the wedding of...ect...
so you could do someitn like that.. get dressed up nicely and go hand deliver them...
do it over a weekend... people would LOVE IT!

Mine were long also and mine were 60 cents. Your's MAY be a little more depending on how heavy the gold is at the end

I am doing scroll invites as well. Yours are beautiful.
I will be hand delivering mine to all but out of towners- it saves A LOT of postage and it's a very personal touch.

Those are really nice. I say just go for it. You may end up spending more on postage than you had hoped, but if you get totally new invites, then you are loosing the money on these invites. I am assuming you won't be able to return them? Good luck at the post office!
