What did you accomplish?

Hey ladies, hope everyone's doing alright in the aftermath of the storm. We didn't get it too bad down in here in MD, but there were still a lot of power outages.

On a happy note, I noticed a lot of girls got things done with the extra time on their hands.

what did you accomplish this hurricane weekend?

2 of my BMs ordered their dresses, I worked on my DIY invitation design and made a mockup using regular computer paper and a pocketfold (will post later), decided who our readers will be, and FH researched GM gifts.

pretty productive!

all sat. i kept saying i will finish my shoes, but was worried that if i got all my DIY stuff out and started the power would go out and i would be SOL.
i figured sunday was a safe day to work on them, since where i was it wasnt bad at all. so i got my box of DIY out and i was already to finish up my first shoe..... an hour into my project we hear a loud BOOM and my powers out...
the transformer outside my window literally blew up, we are still without power.
