I unfortunately havent gotten much of my shopping done since I am working 2 jobs just to get ahead and still put away for the wedding fund. Normally, Im done and FH would have 10 gifts by now.....he dosent have any yet! He collects watches and its been tradition every yr since we dated so, thats a start.

So far I brought my DH, the American Choppers: Season 2 Complete Set, American Choppers Book and Calendar. I am also going to be buying him clothes. I did buy all the stuff for his stocking though.

considering this year we are not doing big gifts bc we are saving for the wedding & in the process of house hunting, I got him seasons 1,2 & 3 of Seinfeld...Still have to get him sneakers...
We are doing a joint gift of something we both wanted which is a digital camera...

I bought him a coat, a Yankees season ticket package, and maybe a gift cert to Cactus Salon for a massage or a night in Atlantic City.

We agreed to go easy with the cash this year and have to split the total cost between Chanukah and Christmas, so I got him the two-disk soundtrack for the Sopranos (he's a big fan) and a nice button-down shir (he mentioned that his don't fit and he really likes wearing them). Not that exciting I guess!

I know he wants the Matrix box set, the Indiana Jones box set, the Star Wars one (I bought him that) or the Back to the Future set.
Other than movies... I have no clue!

I am on the fence about a puppy...he has wanted one his whole life. I know how to raise a dog, but he never has, so I am not sure if it's the right time, but when is?
Still deciding, but how cute would a little puppy with a big red bow around his neck be?

we're trying to go easy this year, i got him some clothes, a down vest, a engraved pocket knife, sneakers and a watch that has a built in heart rate monitor (he loves gadgets).

Im getting my wonderful FH a dog tag that reads a specific saying that is important to us and is also engraved on my ring. We can't afford big gifts this year b/c we are trying to buy a house and do this wedding.

We give each other trips. He got Mexico to stay with my parents for a long weekend in their time share. I got Colorado to go skiing and visit his sister. I love travel the most!

We decided last holiday season not to do holiday gifts anymore...between birthdays, anniversaries, etc. we just end up buying too much stuff we don't need. So we decided that each holiday season we would pick one Saturday and make it special - see a B'way show and have dinner at a really nice restaurant. Last year we saw Rent, this year we are seeing 42nd Street..that is our gift!

i just got him a nice pocket watch from bailey banks and biddle that i'm going to engrave. he's always wanted one and can wear it with his dress uniform, which he wears a lot these days.

He got a promotion... National Sales Manager... and travels a lot to meet clients so I bought him a new suit, expensive but he needed one anyway.

We decided not to do presents this year so we can save that much more for the wedding. Instead, we are going to go to Atlantic City because I have a comp room there and try to hit it big! We'll be away from all the stress of the season, wedding plans and work.

I was just watching VHI InStyle Weddings and this little blurb went across the bottom of the screen re: a Motley Crue reunion tour........I just got the tickets - I'm very proud of myself right now for doing such a 'thoughtful' thing...... He better like those stupid tickets !!!!!
