I havent thought about that yet. We are giving Pauls mom $$ for a dress and to come up here. So I think we are just giving her a parent album. My mom, we will give her a parent album also and maybe a little sdomething else.

My Mom & my StepDad are going to be staying in the city for a mini-break after the wedding. We got them a $100 GC to Blue Smoke- a restaurant downtown. My StepMom & Dad we are giving them an album.

I got all of the parents embordered hankies. They were beautiful and I nice keepsake from the day. I also got the Moms a framed family photo for Christmas, as an after-wedding gift. And each of the Moms got a gift from Africa.

Hmmm, still thinking about this. Parents are getting Parent albums, but besides that I just dont know, most likely a hanky for Daddy, but not sure what FMIL would like.

Im with allyson, wasn't thinking about buying anything for parents except a nice photo album. We are paying for the entire wedding ourselves, my dads deceased and so is FH's mom. his dad is BM so we were getting him something. edited to say: obviously I have mother issues or am just cheap! lol

We paid for the wedding ourselves, so we didn't get our parents gifts. Was I supposed to?? But, we did buy everyone really nice gifts from Hawaii on our honeymoon.

We're giving the albums later hopefully as a Christmas gift (one of them anyway). I was thining of having flowers delivered while we were on our way to the honeymoon.

We have already purchased hankies for our parents and I am buying my dad a Daddy's Little Girl frame (that opens like a book) and I am going to put a picture in it of him & I from when I was younger and then I am going to have one made after the wedding of us so that he can put it in the frame.

I wrote both my parents poems and had them put on the hanky box. For FIL, we bought him a watch and inscribed it and MIL a embroidered hanky that said To Dry Your Tears of Happiness and our date and names.
I don't think you HAVE to get your parents gifts but both of our parents helped us out tremendously so we wanted to thank them.

I bought my dad a Daddy's Girl Frame. I'm going to put a picture of when I was little on one side, and on the other is a little message, them he can put a picture from the wedding. I bought silver frame for Grandparents, but I don't know what to get my mom.
