brainstorming ideas for gifts.... what did you/or do you plan on getting the parents? Thanks!

I plan to pay for an album for them, and write a nice card stating as much, or wrap a frame, or something.

I just posted somewhere else that I was thinking of doing a glass pic frame where on one side they carve a poem or message and next to it is for a pic (I would put a wedding pic). Whenever we have the money to print pics we will be making them an album and prob a copy of the dvd.

I think we might get them show tickets or tickets to a knicks game and then pay for them to stay over in the city.

I was thinking of taking my mom and FMIL for a spa day and having FH take my dad and FFIL for a golf day. My parents are divorced so I can't get them anything together.
ETA: they will all also be getting parent albums, but I guess it's not really a gift since my parents are paying the photographer.

Hmmm I'm going to make them albums on snapfish or something but that's a given that they would get one anyway so I want to actually get them something else.

Laura mine are divorced too so I can't get them a together gift either so its hard. And john's dad is disabled so I want to make sure I get them something that he can enjoy as well
