If the florists own the vases (and a lot of them do), then you shouldn't pay a rental fee on them.
Ohhh that's good to know...I didn't realize some florists didn't own them? I thought the renting did mean the florist was charging you to use theirs, which was y I was so mad hahaha...
I wads thinking of buying black 32inch trumpet vases because I think I want to do black and white theme with some pop of color...I found them for about 18 each online plus shipping...but I havent been to a florist yet to get a quote to compare to renting...
Our vases were included in our cost.
I'm also locked into using stefans or spitz and peck (unless I find a place that quotes me more then 1500 difference to cover the bond fee)
We just booked with B U R T O N S and we got an amazing quote for tall centerpieces. The actual flowers just lift right off the vase for your guests to take home. The tall vases the florist owns so we didn't pay any additional rental fees.
I think it was around $35 for a tall vase.
the cost of our tall vases were included and like another poster said, the flowers came right off the top if someone wanted to take them home.
i reallllly don't understand why if a florist owns the vase, why they should be able to get away with charging a rental fee...
our florist made us sign a contract just in case the vases weren't there or broken when they came to pick up them up after the reception (in that case we would have been charged $30 a vase). but there was no rental fee or anything nor should there be. Find a better florist or at least bargain with them.
