so someone asked if they could see a picture of me in my gown. so i said sure no problem. show her the pic and what does she say........i dont like stiff gowns.
ummmmmmmm..my gown is fitted and i am standing still in the pic. did you want to see a video of me doing jumping jacks or something!!
whatever. in the end i still love my gown.

When people ask me to see my gown online, I am telling them they will see it when I walk down the aisle, that especially included FMIL.
the ONE and only time I showed her a gown I liked online, she said to me, and I quote, 'Oh no,, you are much too hippy for that'.

What a jacka$$!!! She sounds like a really miserable person . . . I'm guessing she probably doesn't have many friends! I just looked at your dress and I love it! It looks awesome on you and you're going to look gorgeous in it on your wedding day. Definitely sounds like someone who's jealous!

People (friends, FAMILY& strangers) can be such tools sometimes. Especially when it comes to wedding stuff!!! I would let it roll but be sure to keep my distance!!!! We cant always blame ppl for being idiots!

i cant stop laughing reading these posts.
weird thing is she didnt say it snotty. i just cant get it out of my head because it was the first thing she said. she couldve lied and said i look a little thinner or taller. anything but that!!!!
now if she said the bottom looks like a goose down comforter then i would have found some humor in that.
