What is an average tip for the designer and baker of a wedding cake? thanks!

SO FAR I NEVER HEARD A QUOTE FOR TIPPING THE CAKE DESIGNER.. GEEZ DONT THEY GET PAID ENOUGH ..

Honestly, yes, that does sound ridiculous. If he's the one that baked the cake and is getting all of the money for it then there's no reason to tip him. I can understand tipping the delivery person $20, but not the baker.

No you don't normally tip the cake designer. Maybe if someone was doing it as a gift for you, or someone you know was giving you a good deal on it. Other than that no. If I am going to pay $8 or probably more a slice then I don't see the point in tipping, the payment for the cake is more than enough.
I agree with pp just tip the person who delivers the cake

We didn't tip ours. Our cake wasn't from our RH, but the woman who designed, baked and decorated it owns her business and runs it out of her home, so all of the money goes straight to her. I agree on giving the delivery guy a tip, though.
I agree with this im not tipping my cake designer because she owns her own business and the money goes straight to her. I will however tip the delivery druver.
