Our anniversary seems like it's approaching fairly quickly, and I was wondering what you girls did/will do.
We probably won't be able to do anything extravagant (we're moving 1½ months before, and have two weddings to attend withing 2 weeks of our anniversary), but would still like to celebrate it somehow.

Want to have dinner together, date buddy?
Dunno what we're doing yet.. probably gonna spend the night somewhere... or may be even keep it simple with dinner.

Can you make to the city and maybe you can take a horse carriage around central park while you toast with some champagne?

We are saving a lot of $$$ on our honeymoon (my aunt gave me a week at her timeshare in Aruba and uncle is getting us on standby on Delta), so we are going to go where we originally wanted for our honeymoon......a mediterranean cruise!!!!! The weather isn't so great in Nov. so we are going in late Aug. next year.
That will be our 'babymoon'.

We will probably go out for a nice dinner on our anniversary. We're going to Disney a couple of weeks later.

we spent 4 days out east at my inlaws summer house. On our actual anniversay we went out for breakfast then spent the day walking around Greenport then went to dinner at Trumpets on the Bay. After the 4 days we went home for the night and left the next morning for 5 days in the Poconos! It was a great week!!!!

Re: What did/will you do for your anniversary?
My 1st wedding anniversary is awhile off, but for our 5 year dating anniversary we went to Disney World, and we went to a special Dinner at the CA Grill. We watched the fireworks and since it was our anniversary, they brought us this HUGE slice of chocolate cake for free
This year, since we had to cancel the disney trip, we were going to go to busch gardens, VA for a few days and go out to a nice dinner there, but since we have to buy a car now ( ), we'll probably just ave a nice dinner

We have nice dinners. We were going to go away for our 5 year this past Oct. however, on that day, my nephew was brought into the world. We will probably have a nice dinner out somewhere. Now, I share my anniversary with my nephew, so, I am sure we will be having a fun bday parties to attend.
