What do I ask about when looking into hotels?

What do I ask about when looking into hotels?

What else is important to know when speaking with the sales reps at hotels?

So far I have the following:

- Room rate (obviously)
- Breakfast included?
- Honeymoon suite?
- Shuttle service?
- Will the bar be open the night of the wedding (after the reception)?

how many rooms they will hold for you
if they need a cc (most i called didnt need this)



also...make sure you negotiate the room rate!!!

Early check-in available?
Check in time?
Check out time?
Will they hand out OOT bags to your guests?
Do you need to guarantee a certain number of rooms?
Are you responsible for rooms not booked?
Is the bridal suite or anything comped if a certain number of rooms are booked?

ask they if they will throw a room in free for you! If we get them 10 rooms booked they give us a room for free!
