How many flowers per bouquet? What flowers are in season that are within my budget?
Do you have specific flowers that you want? I knew what flowers I wanted to get so it really came down to who gave more for the best price.

are you back from vegas- how was it?
I think I want roses for all bouquets with maybe some stephanotis (sp?) in mine and some kind of burgundy flower that will coordinate with the bms

Make sure if they come in higher than you expected, just to ask what is driving up the cost. Sometimes it is something random, like what vase or stand you pick out. Little things can make a huge difference.
I would just make sure to ask how large the bo-ks and cps will be, how late you can make changes if you change your mind. . .

9. Do you offer decorative items (vases, potted plants, arches, trellises, candelabras, urns)?
10. What do you charge for the decorative items?
11. Have you done weddings at my reception hall before?
12. How big is your staff? Who will work on my wedding?
13. How many weddings do you do on the same day? The same weekend?
14. Will you spend time at the site setting up the arrangements and making sure everything is in order?
15. Will you deliver to bride, groom and church? Is there a fee?
16. Do you have a certificate of insurance and may we see it?
17. Will you be able to provide the certificate to the hall in the time required?

Vegas was great. I got back last night. A week is definitely enough for me lol.
I'm getting all roses for everything. Mine are red with stephanotis too. How many CPs will you need? Are you doing high or low?

our centerpeices are included with the hall and we are starting at hedgecocks- since they are doing the hall centerpeices anyhow and then we have 2 more after that- dont want to say who until after we book b/c we had trouble finding available florists for our day
