Girls I have a dilemma and I am not sure what to do now....As some of you might know I had a situation with my placecards arriving at Floral Terrace for my wedding. They never made it, My cousins had to hand write all my place cards and it was justa disaster that day. OK here is the situation, The person who did my invitations/menus/programs and placecards, told me Fedex would refund her for the placecards that did not get delivered overnight. The insurance was $100. When I talked to the person she said she was going to give me the refund from Fedex. I emailed her twice about it and I haven't even gotten a response back. Now what do I do?????????? I am getting really upset! Thanks for your advice. XOXOXO Kitty

omg this EXACT same thing happened to my friend- MrsBrags7706.. FM her! Im not sure what steps she went through so youre better off just asking her directly! Good luck

Write to the Attorney General's office for New York State....that would be Andrew Cuomo. Tell them exactly what happened and send them any receipts or correspondence that you have. They are amazing and will get on it ASAP, but you have to have proof to show them. So gather up anything you have and make copies and write that letter. You can go on line and print out the form to fill out to send to them.

I would contact someone else w/ in the company to get answers you want. Call the operator/receptionist and refus to hang up until someone live comes on the phone!

I would call the company first and speak to someone. If you do not get a call back or get thru to someone, then I would take other actions.

thing is this isn't a company. It's a small business, someone who does the invitation by hand....She is in St. Louis or somewhere in the midwest! XOXOXO Kitty

how did you pay for them? if it was through credit card you can put in a dispute iwith the company.
