What do I do

I bought this memorial candle from target.com. Here is my dumb question-the candle is a lot smaller than the vase/holder. The picture shows that candle at the top. How do you keep the candle at the top? If you place it in the vase, it drops to the bottom. It doesn't say anything about filling with water. The candle says something about no water. I just received it tonight and don't know if I should return it or what to do. Should I just have it filled with water and put it on top? TIA

The candle says ' Caution Failure to following instructions could result in a fire hazard or personal injury. ...Do not use water to extinguish'

Oh it says 3' disc floater white


Does that mean I use the water on the bottom and you can't extinguish with water because it won't work? I am candle illiterate....

yeah.. if it says floater then i'd put water in the vase part and see if that will hold the candle up. maybe they say no water to extinguish because wax mgiht go everywhere? I dunno.
