What do I do..

about FH? He wants to change our colors!! He wanted nothing to do with the planning in the beginning...now, just b/c I'm in my zone, he doesn't like the pool blue and ivory with silver accents theme! He says the blue is 'gay' and he and his brothers are not wearing it! Nevermind they only have to wear a little of it! He wants navy...at the Swan Club? I really hate him!

My 1000th post is and I need advice asap b4 I have his blood on my hands!
What should I do??

are your BM's wearing the pool blue... if so, i think the guys could get away with the navy... i would just add some other navy items around... like in the flowers maybe??

i mean, if he refuses to wear the blue you picked, theres not much you can do, but change it... even if he is being an arse about it!!!

but congrats on 1000 lady... get that tshirt! lol

Hmm...I'm trying to figure out a happy medium. I think it's my idiot FBIL who's driving this bus! I really don't want that much silver, I wanted them to match the girls. But I don't think FH is going to budge so...I may have to take the wonderful BOTW's advice and add some navy to my colors. Maybe in the favors and on the table a little. I don't want to though

hmmm..this could work..my BMs already know what they want, just a matter of trying the dresses on. Not set in stone but we've done so much already and everyone is set on the colors. But I can change the guys I guess.

if it were me i would just end up telling fh it was too late to change the colors because i had already purchased several things that followed that color scheme

GMs don't have to match the BMs, unless you want them to. I think it will look just as nice if they were all in black.

show him pics of how it could be classy and fun. what aspects does he like about the wedding planning? If he's really into invitations (just giving an example), show him how blue can make it stand out. if he is just focusing on food, show him how a blue centerpiece can light up the table!

also, remind him that gay is not really an appropriate word to use in this instance :).

Hmm...FH bittched about our colors, I ignored him, and ended up changing anyway So I am no help.
