what do i do first...................

book the photographer/videographer or the dj? i would think the photographer but i am not sure

It really dosen't matter. The DJ is on it's own. The Photog/video either come together or work with someone.

I would start with photography as that could take a long time to book!!

I'd say, if you are REALLY set on a specific one for either photo or music, I'd book that one first.

If you don;t have a specific person that you HAVE to have, I'd do photo

In all honesty, I would do whichever is more important to you. That way, you have more time to do a search!

We booked our DJ first because they were getting booked fast, but we also booked our Photographer the next week I would do both as soon as you can because those two vendors usually get booked fast

We did DJ first, but it just worked out that way. We were looking into photo and DJ at the same time and found a DJ we loved right away. It helped because it gave us a lot more time to do photo which we were more particular about.

we did our DJ first and then our photographer, then videographer. We did that because we knew our DJ was heavily booked into 2007 and didn't want to lose him

I have to agree we did the photographer first and months later the dj. But I don't think it makes much difference though.

start with the photographer...and remember just b/cus you book a company to do your photography doesn't mean you have to book them to do you vieography...unless you like their video and photo work
