I ordered a garter from www.allsportsweddings.com about a month and a half ago - they took money from my account, but I have yet to hear from them. I have emailed them MANY times, I've called them four times and still nothing... I'm worried that this company took my money and 'ran'. I mean, honestly, how long does it take to make a garter??
What should I do?? Help me... please!?

I've read things like that before in the reviews... I'm not sure what you can do...
What team was it? Is there any chance you can get another??? Many teams have their OWN garters in their team stores online & in the retail stores...

How did you pay? If it was with paypal, there could still be some room for action. Check out the Better Business Bureau too

If you paid via Pay Pal you can file a complaint online and they will investigate.
If not you should call to ask for the product or a refund within 7-10 days and inform them that you are calling the BBB.

Unfortunately I paid with my VISA debit card and the money was debited from my checking - I don't know if that has any bearing on action I can take...
On top of that, I've just tried calling their toll-free and direct numbers listed with the Better Business Bureau (with whom they have an 'unsatisfactory' rating) and there was no pick up on either line... not even an answering machine - this is just FANTASTIC! It was only 35 dollars, but money's money - and it ***** when you're taken advantage of...

Call your bank RIGHT NOW. The VISA name means something - it means protection. It may not be as good as using a regular cc - but it has to stand for something. There has to be some kind of consumer protection with it!!

they took a pretty long time with mine
i ordered really early so i didnt pay attention to how long it took but i know when i got it ididnt even remember ordering it. . .so wouldnt totally freak out

ugh - how annoying! i've been reading so many recent posts about them - and it's such a shame because i honestly didn't really have a problem with them! U still have a bunch of time before u're wedding....so i'd follow up on ur emails & phonecalls & see if they're just delayed. once ur wedding gets a little closer, and u still are finding urself empty handed, i'd demand ur money back & look elsewhere. i'm so sorry about ur issue with them!!!!

Good luck Unfortunately I had the same exact problem with them. I have called and emailed them over 10 times now and haven't heard a thing (it's been over 4 months now) so I finally registered a complaint with the Pittburgh, PA BBB last Thursday. I haven't heard anything from them yet, but I'll let you know if I do. Good luck!!
