what do i do with a daddy...

who is having more of an anxiety attack over this wedding than FH and Me?

My dad is literally going over the edge with this wedding crap and my mom says as a family we need to talk to him. But he is flipping out! Every little thing- the priest, the jordan almonds, the guest EVERYTHING.

I've tried everything!! My last resort is BOOZE!!!

I'm going through the SAME THING! but my father lives in his own little world... so because kevin THINKS that something happens a certain way that thats how it happens and he doesn't understand otherwise... so he'll ask how the limo search is coming along (ps- we booked last night ) we'll say that we can't find a bus in our price range... he'll say well call them and tell them you'll give them this amount, when we say it doesn't work like that he'll reply 'yes it doesn' and he'll fight you over it.
and according to my mother he's annoying her with questions... oh and when he found out we're having a full mass... well I'm surprised news 12 didn't show up at my door thinking WWIII was happening...
he's not allowed (a lot of) alcohol due to a heart problem... but on days he talks about the wedding, we have a beer hiding in the fridge

My dad lives in Florida so he's a little removed from the whole planning process, but every time I talk to him on the phone, he's crying over something. Whether it be my engagement picture, the wedding itself, that I'm so grown up (yes Dad, I'm 30! lol) etc.. LOL My father's family is the very emotional Italian type. When they all found out I was donating to St. Jude as part of our favor, they all called each other crying over it. lol

I'm not complaining, I think it is cute, but he's cried more over this wedding than I have! lol
