We have about 40 ppl coming in for the wedding (about 20 more than I thought we would!!!!) and we have to reserve rooms for them.
We live in Queens right now and I'm scared to just stick people in a hotel in LI but truthfully Manhattan is just too expensive and FAR from RH. If I keep them in Queens I'll have to leave them by an airport (ugh).
Do you think having them stay at a hotel in Woodbury would be too far from anything?? How will they get into the city?
Any ideas of hotels near CHCC??
I don't know what to do with all these ppl!!!!

ok this may sound very 'un-bride' like but im sorry im letting them take care of their own hotel accomdations.. i cant be stressing myself out even more

We have about 70 people coming form out of town. I just blocked rooms and had them be responsible for their own rooms. I got them a great rate so now they can reserve it. I blocked rooms at the Melville Marriot ..its not close to CHCC but close to my church. why dont you try the residence inn..there is a sheraton in plainview also. good luck!!

If you don't want to block rooms at one specific hotel, what about blocking rooms or just sending information to your guests for 3 or 4 recommended hotels. You could leave the option to your guests based on their preference. Recommend a hotel near the airport, RH and mid-way (close to PT). You can always cancel the block if they don't go with one of your options.
