No shots but you do need a passport.
A passport or your original birth certificate ( with the raised seal) & drivers license. We are going on our honeymoon to Sandals Whitehouse and this is what out travel agent told us.
We went to Jamaica for our HM and all we needed was our birth certificates and driver's licesnses.

I went back in 98 and all we needed was a license and original birth certificate
