Is it their first and last name or last name first then first name
what if it's a family? Do I write Mr. and Mrs. Smith and family?

Just remember to do a first name too... lol I had someone send back and RSVP Mr. and Mrs. Lastname which would have been fine... except half our guests have the same last name.
