You have to register online to gain access to the building. During the week it's by appointment only. I'm going this Saturday (F.Y.I....there's no need for appointments on Saturday)

If you go on a Saturday the security guy in the lobby tells you what floors to go to for open stores.
And they have all kinds of bridal stuff. Mostly bridal gowns but I think there are shoes, tiaras, bridesmaid dresses, veils, jewelry, etc.

Yes they have stores of dresses for the whole bridal party. I did not see too many shoes. You can also purchase veils and accessories. Some of the stores will custom make a veil for you. These Items are supposed to be at a discounted price.

i went during the week and i didnt have any appointment. I just went in and tried different floors to see who was open. Some places were and some werent, it was just taking a chance. But each place was very accomodating, they were empty when i went, but again that was during the week day. Didnt end up finding my dress there, instead went to RK Bridal that has TONS of designers for discounted...i found my dress there, but ordered it from somewhere on LI so i dont have to go back and forth to the city for fittings.
