i had many trials and although i guess i kinda 'booked' them when i had my trials. how do i tell them that i want to cancel and what not??

I have the same problem, I really wasn't pleased with my first trial. I haven't had my second trial yet, but when I do, if I like it better than the first, I think I may just send a note. I'll thank the girl who did my hair, but I'll let her know I chose someone else.

i had a trial with you a few months back and i want to thank-you so much for doing my hair. unfortunately, i have decided to go with a close friend and will not be needing you for august 21 at my mom's house. : ) thanks again!
