they remind me of those lamps that you see in the mini christmas villages

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. You might be able to play that into the theme too. Maybe incorporating the villages into your centerpieces or something cute like that.

i really love them my only advice is order one and make sure they don't tip over. I went to a wedding who had something similar and i guess the side where the ornament was on was obviously way heavier then the side with the paper and all of them were tipped over on the place card table. It looked like a mess which was a shame

OH NO!
I ordered them already. If need be I will tack them down to a white oaktag and then put the snow on top to cover the oaktag.

I hope these ones don't tip over!
