our days (although I'm 'off' for the summer so mine's pretty boring)

FOOD- his family is always planning meals and discussing them days ahead of time

we talk about everything...all the stuff that people already listed, and sometimes we have great conversations in bed when we can't sleep, about deeper stuff, like death or fears.

When I think about it we talk A LOT about our dog and to our dog, together.
It might go like this:
Me: 'Guinness liked his new bone'
Jay: 'Did you like the new bone Guinness?'
Guinness: eyeballs us from the corner of his eye
Jay and I together: 'Oh what a good boy!' or 'What a pal!' or 'Who's the best puppy?' followed by hugs and kisses on the dog's head

Replace the name Guinness with Brodie and you have our conversations as well!!
