When your FH hates one of your best friends who you were considering asking to be one of your BMs?
It ***** but he has to be understanding that she is one of your best friends and someone that you do want to be part of your bp.
Their has always been friction, and she has not been the nicest person to him. Since hes going to be my husband, shouldn't she make the first move to be nice? Thats what I thought. I don't know, its really long and complicated.
you just ask her, it would be nice but unrealistic for FH to get along with ALL of your friends. Im sure he has friends your not crazy about too
oh ok I didn't know she is mean to him. Maybe you should talk to her and tell her that he will be your husband and she needs to treat him differently.

Oh I read that wrong I thought you said she has been nice to him, definitely tell her that it bothers you that you two don't get along and maybe she can try harder to be a little nicer to him. I wouldn't tell her that you think because he is going to be your husband she should make the first move, it might offend her. For the record, I would tell FH the same thing.
Im in a situation where my fh does not really like one of my bm's.... but he has to understand that I want the people who I am closest with by my side.... On the other hand your friend needs to give your fh some respect..... maybe talk to her and find out the reason why she is mean to him to begin with... explain that you want her there but not if she is going to be disrespectful...

i would just talk to them and tell them that its your wedding day and you really want her to be a part of it and hes your husband..to put their differences aside for the day and pretend to make you happy!!!..
i have kinda the same situation but its more sticky.. my Bestfriend and BM... had a 'fling' with FH before we started dating.. its still really uncomfortable for me!.. since i know EVERYTHING that happened!... im just going to pretend like it never happened... since it was 4 years ago!
