What do you do for a living?

I don't know if this one has been done before, but I think it would be nice for me at least to get to know more about you girls. First off, what is your name and what do you do for a living? : )

I'm Lauren - I am a Revenue Manager for a Travel wholesaler.
Its a really fun job, lots of great travel perks!!

I'm an AS400 System's Administrator.
Inside Sales for Cisco.

ItalianBride...Forensic Therapist at Rikers Island...that sounds like a cool job, no?

working there has its days....lol....never a boring day though thats for sure!

that is awesome. I am graduating this year with a BA in psych and I took several Forensic Psych courses and was going to get my Masters or
Psy'D in Forensic Psych...but decided not too

but one of my professors works out there ....her last name is Paradis....do you know her??

Sorry I dont know her...is she a therapist or a supervisor? I work with the inmates in solitary confinement so I work with the same small group of people

What's it like working with 1st graders? Do they have accidents and throw up a lot? lol It seemed like my Elementary School always stunk like vomit!

I've only had 3 cases of a kid having an accident this year. Thankfully no vomitting!

1st grade is a fun grade to teach, they are still young and get excited over the silliest of things!

i graduated from stony in 2004 took a year off and now im in Fordham for social work.

wedding planning is going great... my mom is doing it ALL for me (well all teh HUGE things)

also im on the 3 year plan so school isnt that bad as it seems...
