What do you do if you have a bad experience with a vendor? Is there anything that can be done like make a complaint with the BBB?

What if the vendor works out of their home? This did not happen to me but to someone I know. Any suggestions?

the BBB is usually the best place to go. if it's a case in which the person feels they were cheated, or wants a refund of money for being dissatisified services--they could consider building a case in civil court.
