What do you do when...

Someone is mad at you for a bad reason? When you know you're right, and they are being childish about it?

I'm not distraught over this. So my first instinct is to exploit it and have a little fun. But that would probably make it worse.

I love being right. I revel in it.

I usually will do just that, be right. You don't have to do much else when you are right. Except be right.

Unless it's Vic, in which case a song and a dance about how right I am and how he is wrong is so in order.

eta - the song is usually to the tune of the theme song from Itchy and Scratchy.

I instituted Rule #1 in my relationship seven years ago. And Rule #1 is:

I say this because DH has this habit of immediately discounting whatever I say. So when I prove him wrong (which I always do), I say, 'What's Rule #1?'

I've never tried setting it to a song though. That could have a positive effect. Can I have a sample of the lyrics?
